Tasks and team

secur­Ph­arm e.V. is the non-pro­fit legal enti­ty for the estab­lish­ment and admi­nis­tra­ti­on of the data sto­rage and retrie­val sys­tem within the mea­ning of Artic­le 31(1) of Dele­ga­ted Regu­la­ti­on (EU) 2016/161 and, as such, is respon­si­ble for the ope­ra­ti­on of the secur­Ph­arm sys­tem in Ger­ma­ny. Accor­din­gly, requi­re­ments are set for the part­ners and their com­pli­ance is moni­to­red. Fur­ther­mo­re, the office is the sin­gle point of cont­act (SPOC) for aut­ho­ri­ties, the EMVO and NMVO of other count­ries.

The asso­cia­ti­on has a five-per­son office that takes care of the association’s tasks.

Cer­ti­fi­ca­ti­ons

The office has an ISO 9001:2015-certified qua­li­ty manage­ment sys­tem for the area of appli­ca­ti­on “Admi­nis­tra­ti­on of the Ger­man sys­tem for veri­fy­ing the authen­ti­ci­ty of medi­cinal pro­ducts.

The cur­rent cer­ti­fi­ca­te runs until May 2026.
