Dele­ga­ted Regu­la­ti­on (EU) 2022/315 published

The Dele­ga­ted Regu­la­ti­on (EU) 2022/315 of Decem­ber 17, 2021 was published in the Offi­ci­al Jour­nal of the Euro­pean Uni­on. It amends Dele­ga­ted Regu­la­ti­on (EU) 2016/161 with regard to, among other things, an exemp­ti­on from the obli­ga­ti­on for who­le­sa­lers to deac­ti­va­te the uni­que iden­ti­fier of pro­ducts expor­ted to the United King­dom. It has appli­ed sin­ce 1 Janu­ary 2022. The exemp­ti­on crea­ted by Dele­ga­ted Regu­la­ti­on (EU) 2021/457 expi­red on 31 Decem­ber 2021.
